Getting to the Clinic
Please see Map & Directions for a map to our clinic and detailed directions.
Meeting with Your Therapist
Your massage therapist will review your medical history and symptoms, discuss treatment options, and answer any questions you may have. After this, your therapist will leave the room to allow you to undress and make yourself comfortable under the sheet and blanket on the massage table. Please undress according to your personal comfort level.
Your therapist will knock on the door and make sure you are ready before reentering the room to begin your treatment. Our tables are warmed and you will always be comfortably covered with a sheet and blanket - only the area being treated will be exposed.
During Your Massage
Your therapist will ask you to provide feedback during your treatment. Please let your therapist know if, at any time, the pressure is too light or too deep, or if you are ever uncomfortable in any way. It is our goal to allow you to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible. In that way, both you and your therapist will be able to concentrate on your treatment with no distractions.
After Your Massage
Your therapist will leave the room after your massage is complete to allow you to get dressed in privacy. We recommend that you drink plenty of water or clear liquids after your massage for best results. Feel free to help yourself to tea or water in our lobby as you leave.
